Joshua Onodu (born 30 July 1995)[1], popularly known as Zeegi is a Nigerian fashion model, artist, entrepreneur and one of the Shuavy duo, which is the brand name for himself and his brother Meegi[2]. Zeegi, started his career with music, had performed dance, vocals on several stages at the age of 12. At the age of 19 Zeegi started to customize garments. In 2018 Zeegi and his brother successfully launch a pop-up store in Stratford London. Zeegi fashion is mainly based on London street style.
History
Zeegi was born on 30th July 1995 in Enugu, Nigeria. He spent his childhood in Enugu, Nigeria, his teenage life in Lagos and lived in London throughout his Shuavy fashion session in Stratford, London. Zeegi, started his career with music[3] with his brother Meegi, had performed dance, vocals on several stages at the age of 12. Zeegi conducted several piano tutorials in 2015.
Future Goal
Zeegi also has skills in writing and said to publish a self-edifying book[4]. For Zeegi work ethic matters, his simple motto is that he wants to reach his full potential with his brother Meegi, and also wants to encourage everyone to do the same.
Career
Zeegi is a fashion stylist, a proficient rapper, a singer, and a dancer[5]. Zeegi describes himself as "a humble conduit of brilliance". He is one of the co owners of a fashion brand, which name is Shuavy fashion. In his fashion career he is into casual style and street style. In the music industry, he is working on afrobeat, hip hop, and R&B style. They were featured in Bingmen magazine cover. Zeegi said[6].
