Josh Hough (born 17 August 1992) is a British technology entrepreneur best known as the founder of CareLineLive, a software company serving the domiciliary care sector.[1]
Early life
Hough was born with minicore myopathy, a rare muscle-weakening condition, and spent much of his early life using a wheelchair.[1] According to media reporting, his personal experience of disability influenced his interest in improving information and communication processes within the social care system.[1]
Career
Hough founded CareLineLive in 2014 to develop digital tools for home care providers. Coverage in the British press has noted that his experience navigating the care system for his grandfather informed the creation of the platform.[1]
