Josetta Wilkins is an educator, counselor, and former state legislator in Arkansas. She served four terms in the Arkansas House of Representatives.[1][2]
She has lived in Pine Bluff.[3] In 2022 a Health Unit was named for her.[4]
Her husband also served.[5]
