Joseph Olowu (born 27 November 1999) is an English professional association football|footballer who plays as a Defender (association football) for Cork City F.C, on loan from club Arsenal F.C..
Born in Ibadan, Nigeria, Olowu joined the youth academy at Arsenal F.C. when he was eight years old. He has risen up the ranks at the North London side including the U-18s and U-23s at Arsenal.
Olowu went on loan to League of Ireland Premier Division side Cork City F.C.. He made his debut on the first matchday of the season on 14 February 2020 during a 1-0 loss against Shelbourne F.C, appearing in all matches until the season paused due to the Coronavirus disease 2019. At this time it was unknown if the loan agreement would be fulfilled or if the player would be recalled by his parent club.
