Jooniya is a small village of 1244 hectares in Deoli Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jooniya depends on Deoli, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jooniya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Jooniya's pin code is 304802[4], and village code is 02666100. The area of Jooniya is segregated as 278 hectares irrigated area, 656 hectares unirrigated, the 151.85 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 158 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Jooniya is a census village in the district of Tonk, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2080 and has total administration over 413 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Deoli and Tonk to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
