Joneta is a small village of 233 hectares in Rajgarh Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Joneta depends on BANDIKUI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 4.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Joneta is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Joneta's pin code is 301415[4], and village code is 00909300. The area of Joneta is segregated as 54 hectares irrigated area, 87 hectares unirrigated, the 11 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 37 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BANDIKUI and Alwar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
