Jolpa is a small village of 1550 hectares in Khanpur Tehsil in Jhalawar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jolpa depends on Sangod, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 280.50% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jolpa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Jolpa's pin code is 326038[4], and village code is 03975400. The area of Jolpa is segregated as 446.78 hectares irrigated area, 836.75 hectares unirrigated, the 93.76 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 172.66 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Jolpa is a census village in the district of Jhalawar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1843 and has total administration over 339 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sangod and Jhalawar to sell ghee and make their living.
