John Wesley Kurewa was a Zimbabwean Academician and the founding Vice Chancellor of Africa University (AU).[1]

Education and Career

Kurewa received degrees from Garrett Theological Seminary at Asbury College and Northwestern University.[2] Kurewa began working as the on-site manager for Africa University in 1987. From 1992 to 1997, he served as its first Vice-Chancellor.[2][3]
