Early Life

Kiramis was born on January 19, 1952, he grew up in Glen Park. Kiramis graduated from Balboa High School in the year 1968,[5] and was named in the Hall of Merit as of October 24 2009.[6]

Career

Kiramis is a former police lieutenant and detective sergeant who served in law enforcement for thirty-two years.[4]. Upon retirement from the force, retiring as a police lieutenant in 2004, Kiramis took retirement from ESTRO Municipal Improvement Distric in the year 2004 after serving them for almost 22 years.[7] Kiramis won a seat on the city council in 2005 and become a councilman.[8]
