John Casterline (born August 25, 2003), popularly known as h1t1, is an American entrepreneur, social media influencer, and digital marketing expert. Casterline aims to create a secure and everlasting network and has over 3 million followers across all media channels, including TikTok and Instagram. He is recognized for his viral ad campaign for the popular fast-food chain Arby’s.[1][2]

Casterline is best known for his expertise in gaining online traction for his clients and is considered one of the leading social media experts. He has been featured in several media outlets, including Entrepreneur, Yahoo, Rolling Stones, Fox Interviewer, Influencive, Naples Daily News, Market Screener, and others.[3][4]

Early life and education

Casterline was born on 25 August 2003 in Somerville, New Jersey. His family moved to Florida when he was three years old. He developed an interest in social media by the age of 12 and started multiple Instagram pages, which gained a great amount of traction.

Career

Casterline began his career when he was 13 years old when he started a business where he purchased valuable shoes and resold them for profit. This business laid the foundation for Casterline’s entrepreneurial journey and helped him later on as he moved into social media.[5]

By the age of 17, Casterline gained much popularity on social media with his unique content on TikTok. He began curating content during the outbreak of the worldwide pandemic in 2020 when he recognized the scope of TikTok and how it can help leverage potential clients. He started sharing funny, short, and interactive videos that eventually generated him millions of views and followers.[6]

Casterline gained recognition for his major ad campaign that he did with the fast-food chain Arby’s. He created a viral video that eventually turned into a nationwide marketing campaign for this billion-dollar company. Casteline is also well known for a collaboration with PARTY SHIRT, where they purchased a billboard which displayed nothing but the letter “h”.[7][8]

In a short period of time, Casterline has worked with several influencers, companies, and brands and helped them to gain online traction. He aims to enhance organic reach through a combination of a variety of networks and tools. He has, within a year, gained popularity as an industry expert due to his ability to grow brands, micro-influencers, and celebrity profiles.[9]
