John Bogdasarian is a well-known American entrepreneur, real estate developer, and donor. He founded the real estate private equity firm Promanas[1], which has acquired and developed over $1 billion in commercial real estate. He started his career as a residential sales agent shortly after graduating from the University of Arizona. He became a top producing agent in the United States and began buying investment properties in his early twenties. He is most known from his book, "Do the Work Once, Get Paid Forever."

John resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan with his wife, Lindsay, and their four children.

Education

John attended the Loomis Chaffee School as well as the University of Arizona.
