Jogawa is a small village of 1262 hectares in Ahore Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jogawa depends on JALOR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jogawa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Jogawa's pin code is 307029[4], and village code is 02284100. The area of Jogawa is segregated as 47 hectares irrigated area, 708 hectares unirrigated, the 393.66 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 113 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jalor to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
