Joey Primiani is an American designer and Internet entrepreneur based in San Francisco, California. In 2011, Primiani and Lady Gaga co-founded the technology startup, Backplane.[1][2][3][4] He created Lady Gaga's official fan community website, LittleMonsters.com, where fans share their artwork and stories inspired by Gaga.[5] In 2016, Primiani was listed on the Forbes Magazine 30 Under 30 list in the consumer technology category.[6][7]
Career
Primiani interned at Google where he helped design the touch interfaces for [search on mobile and tablet devices used by half a billion people around the world.[8][9][10]
Primiani has previously created and sold two companies, as well as being on the founding team of Lexity, which was sold to Yahoo! in 2011.[11][12] He is also one of the authors of The Last Key to Success, geared toward young technology entrepreneurs, and he also serves on the boards of several space and fashion technology companies.
He is the Founder and CEO of Superfuture, a digital design studio company based in San Francisco, California, and in 2021, Primiani co-founded Folio, a digital marketplace for art and NFTs..[13][14][15][16]
