Joel Ntale Kabugi (born 25 August 2008) is a Congolese basketball player who plays for NBA Academy Africa. At 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m), he plays as Point guard and. Early life
Joel was born in Goma, a place in the North Kivu of Congo and picked up basketball at age 10 due to love of basketball since kid. At 13, he joined the NBA Academy Africa in Saly, Senegal and started studying English.
