Joel "Ntale" Kabugi. is a Congolese basketball player who currently attends NBA Academy Africa .[1] Joel played with the NBA Academy in the Road to BAL.[2]
Early life and high school
Joel was born and spent his childhood in Goma, the Kivu. he joined the NBA Academy Africa, located in Senegal. and was select on the first ever Jr NBA[3]. Joel made a significant impact at the inaugural Jr. NBA Showcase, where he dominated the skill challenge and was recognized as one of the five standouts of the event [4]
Recruiting
Joel is a consensus five-star recruit and one of the top players in the 2027 class, according to major recruiting services. [5][2] [3] has drawn offers from colleges La Salle University and Norfolk State Spartans men's basketball.
