Joe Dreamz (Joseph Harrison), born (1995-06-28) June 28, 1995 (age 30), is a street performer, hip-hop artist, and inspirational speaker based in San Diego, California. Joe was born and raised in San Diego, California..[1]. Joe attended Patrick Henry High School in San Diego, California and Grossmont College in El Cajon, California. Joe is a San Diego Padres fan and is frequently performing outside of Petco Park, the padres home field [2]. Joe has songs dedicated to the San Diego Padres such as "Slam Diego"[2]

The places and times that he chooses to street-perform has caused conflicts. Joe was pushed off a speaker he was standing on by a New York Mets fan whilst performing outside of their game versus the padres in 2022 and has had numerous encounters with the police[1]. Joe has a restraining order from the Little Italy Farmers' Market in San Diego, California. The manager requested that he lower his music which appeared in a video of the incident that was recorded and posted by Joe. His fans sent death threats to the manager, prompting a restraining order to be placed on Joe at the Farmer's market. He is not permitted within 100 yards of the Farmers' Market[3]

Joe was previously employed selling life insurance but quit to pursue his passion of making music and inspiring others to follow their dreams.[2]. He left San Diego, California to go on a road trip pursuing his dreams of inspiring others. He was living out of his car in Seattle, Washington working for Lyft when his car broke down. He purchased a speaker and microphone and started freestyling-rapping about peoples "dreams" on Pier 55 in Seattle, Washington. He eventually returned to San Diego and has not stopped his dream-oriented music career[2]
