Jodhpura is a small village of 394 hectares in Shahpura Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jodhpura depends on Kotputli, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jodhpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Jodhpura's pin code is 303601[4], and village code is 01458500. The area of Jodhpura is segregated as 242.53 hectares irrigated area, 41 hectares unirrigated, the 17 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 93 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Jodhpura is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2233 and has total administration over 385 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kotputli and Jaipur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
