Jodhawas is a small village of 197 hectares in Jaitaran Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jodhawas depends on Jaitaran, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, which is 5.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jodhawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Jodhawas's pin code is 306302[4], and village code is 02394000. The area of Jodhawas is segregated as 69 hectares irrigated area, 72 hectares unirrigated, the 13 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 42.88 hectare area not available for cultivation.
