Joan Loughrey is Head of School and Professor of Law at Queen’s University Belfast. She was previously Interim Head of School at the University of Leeds.[1]
Career
Loughrey read jurisprudence at Somerville College, University of Oxford.[2] She Loughrey lead a research project, which was awarded £281,516 by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, on the way courts reviewed the decisions of company management and business judgments.[3] She comments routinely on the potential conflicts of interest in the legal profession.[4]
