Jirass is a famous kaiju created by toho for the Ultraman series. Jirass is a Godzilla looking kaiju that has a green skin tone however, he is mostly known for his Dilophosaurus like mane around his head. He first debuted in Episode 10 of Ultraman titled: The Mysterious Dino Base
