Jiaoxin Station

Jiaoxin Station is the current northern terminal of Guangzhou Metro Line 8 , located to the west of Jiaoxin River , Jiaoxin Village , Baiyun District , Guangdong Province , China . The station was opened on November 26, 2020 with the opening of the northern extension of Line 8.[1]

The station has two floors. The ground is for the entrances and exits of the station, and Jiaoxin Village and Jiaoxin River are nearby; the underground floor is the station hall; the second underground floor is the line 8 platform.

Like the stations on the northern extension of Line 8, this station uses glass curtain panels to decorate the station. The color of the station is rose red.

There are ticket vending machines, automatic card vending/recharge machines, and passenger service center in the lobby of Jiaoxin Station. There are also vending machines and Haoyi self-service machines.

In order to facilitate pedestrians to enter and exit, the east side of the Jiaoxin station hall is divided into a toll area, and a dedicated elevator , three escalators and a set of stairs are set up in the toll area to connect the two platforms respectively.

This station has two side platforms located underground on the west side of Jiaoxinyong. The public toilets and maternity rooms of this site will be located at the Taipei end of February.

In addition, a "figure-shaped" crossover line is set up at the southern end of the platform of this station, which allows trains to turn back in front of the station, and at the same time set up an entry and exit line to Baiyun Lake Machinery Factory . At the Taipei end of the month, there is a set of cross-crossing turn-back lines for trains to turn back after the station. At the same time, at the northern end of the main line, conditions are reserved for crossing the Liuxi River and continuing to extend.
