Jhurli is a small village of 466 hectares in Bilara Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jhurli depends on Bilara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jhurli is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Jhurli's pin code is 342602[4], and village code is 02013000. The area of Jhurli is segregated as 209.52 hectares irrigated area, 131.56 hectares unirrigated, remaining 125.32 hectare area not available for cultivation.
