Jheepasani is a small village of 689 hectares in Jodhpur Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jheepasani depends on Jodhpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jheepasani is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Jheepasani's pin code is 342037[4], and village code is 01958900. The area of Jheepasani is segregated as 212 hectares irrigated area, 410.11 hectares unirrigated, the 49 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 18 hectare area not available for cultivation.
