Jeyhun Ali (16 February 1984) is an Azerbaijani presenter, speaker, moderator, TV journalist and public relations specialist.[1][2]
Biography
Jeyhun Ali was born on February 16, 1984 in Salyan District (Azerbaijan). From 1991 to 1995 he attended the Lyceum No. 20 in Baku, from 1995 to 2001 – the Republican Art Gymnasium, majoring in Public Speaking – Culture of Stage Speech. In 2006 he graduated from the Faculty of Philology of Baku Slavic University.[3][4][5] Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English, Turkish. In 2009, he received an international certificate in Conflict-Sensitive Journalism from the German Deutsche Welle Academy.[6]
Career
Started his career in 2004.[7]
From 2004 to 2006, he worked as an announcer, presenter, reporter and special correspondent at ANS Group of Companies. In 2006, he started working at Azad Azerbaijan TV as an announcer, presenter, reporter, special correspondent, assistant editor and editor of the Department of Socio-Political Programs. In order to improve his qualifications in the field of TV and Media production, he took a break in 2008 to do an internship in foreign TV channels (RTR, Expert TV). At the end of 2008, became the Director of the Public and Political Programs Department at the “ANTENN” Independent TV&Radio Company. In 2009-2010, held the post of the head of the Region TV Baku studio.[8]
From 2010 to 2018, he worked as an editor of the Department of Social and Political Programs at Azad Azerbaijan TV, presenter of the ATV News program, special correspondent and editor of the "Həftə sonu" Analytical-Information Program. Since that year, he has represented ATV as a TV journalist accredited to the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan.[9][10][11]
In 2018–2019, Jeyhun Ali worked as the Head of the Public Relations and Corporate Communications Department at AzerTelecom.[12][13]
In 2020–2021, he served as head of the Press and Public Relations Department of the National Assembly (Azerbaijan).[14][15][16][17][18]
Jeyhun Ali has been working as a TV presenter and editor at İctimai Television (ITV) since 2018.[19][20][21][22]
Jeyhun Ali currently serves as a presenter and moderator of projects, conferences, symposiums, forums, congresses and marathons implemented by various international and local organizations, government agencies and private companies. [23][24][25]
