Jessie Frazelle is a technologist and engineer. As of November 2019, she is the Chief Product Officer and a co-founder of the Oxide Computer Company..[1]. She writes a column for the ACM Queue called "Commit to Memory"[2][3] and is on the editorial board[4].

Early life and education

From 2017 to 2019, she worked at GitHub[5][6] and Microsoft[7]. Previous to that she worked at Google on Kubernetes[8][9] and Go (programming language)[10]. In 2017, she started the Maintainerati conference for open source maintainers[11], the conference is now run by GitHub.

From 2014-2016, she worked at Docker[12] on the core team and was one of the top contributors to the project[13]. She implemented a few security features, like Seccomp[14][15].

In 2018, she was a technical consultant for HBO's Silicon Valley (TV series)[16]
