Jeremy Miller (born February 25, 1979) is an American entrepreneur and the Founder, Chairman of the Board and former Chief executive officer of Health E-Commerce parent brand of FSAStore.com, HSA Store.com WellDeservedHealth.com, and CaringMill.com.[1][2] Miller founded FSAStore.com and the company in 2010 while a student at Columbia Business School in response to a market need for consumer education and access to pre-tax account eligible products.[3] The sites allow consumers to use Flexible spending account and Health Saving Accounts to purchase Internal Revenue Service|IRS approved products online.[4]

In 2018 Miler was name EY Entrepreneur of the Year in the e-commerce category in New York. The award is given by Ernst and Young to recognize entrepreneurs who excel in areas such as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Miller was selected by an independent panel of judges.[5]

In 2019 BPOC (Beecken, Petty, O'Keefe and Company), a Chicago based private-equity management firm made a majority investment in FSA Store. In 2020, Miller was named Chairman of the Board of Health-E Commerce.[6]
