Jennifer Kennedy is a public official in Florida. She has served as Deputy Secretary of State and Secretary of State of Florida. She was appointed to the position by Florida governor Ron DeSantis after the blackface scandal involving her predecessor in the office Michael Ertel.[1] Her brief tenure ended when she was succeeded by Laurel M. Lee. Kennedy also served briefly in the office in 2011 before Rick Scott was inaugurated.
