Jeff Luker (born 1985) is an American photographer and film director based in Los Angeles. He is known for his cinematic approach to photography and for campaigns with brands such as Nike, Apple, Levi's, and Google.[1] His editorial work has appeared in publications including Vogue Italia, Elle, and Dazed.[2]
Early life and education
Luker was born in Bellingham, Washington, and raised in New England. He attended Emerson College in Boston, where he studied film.[3]
Career
Luker first received attention for his photographs of American youth and landscape, leading to his commission for Levi’s “Go Forth” campaign.[4] He has since worked for numerous international brands, including Urban Outfitters, Jägermeister, and Canada Goose, and his editorial work is frequently published in print and online.[5]
Luker’s photographs have been exhibited in the United States and Europe, including at The Photographer’s Gallery in London.[6]
