Jeanna de Waal (born July 6th 1988) is an actress and entrepreneur. Jeanna was born in Germany and raised in England, but she now resides in New York.
Jeanna is most prominent for playing the title role in Diana The Musical on Broadway and Netflix. The movie and production opened to adverse reviews from mainstream critics, but quickly developed a cult following.
Jeanna is currently the standby for Annaleigh Ashford and Ruthie Ann Miles in Sweeney Todd on Broadway, starring Josh Groban.[1]
Jeanna is the founder of Broadway Weekends[2], which hosts annual theater camps for adults in NYC, taught by Broadway artists. During the pandemic, BW hosted an online schedule of theater classes to thousands of students across 46 countries.[3]
