Jay'Len Boone was the 8th United States Youth Observer to the United Nations.[1] Boone graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio, Honors College majoring in Global Affairs.[2]

He is the founder of a Sustainable Youth in Action, a group dedicated to bringing the minds of young people to the forefront and equipping them with the tools they need to affect real-world change starting with their immediate communities.[3]

Boone was appointed to serve as U.S. Youth Observer to the United Nations in summer 2019. In the role, Boone traveled throughout the United States to engage with young Americans and has represented the United States at various international organization meetings.[4]

Boone was a speaker at the 2019 Social Good Summit in New York City[2] and a delegate to the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
