Jasoriya is a small village of 1161 hectares in Banera Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jasoriya depends on Gulabpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 2.02% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jasoriya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Jasoriya's pin code is 311030[4], and village code is 02824800. The area of Jasoriya is segregated as 72.58 hectares irrigated area, 372.48 hectares unirrigated, the 353.58 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 362.28 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Gulabpura and Bhilwara to sell earthen pot and make their living.
