Janki Nagar is a small village of 575.4 hectares in Mahasi Tehsil in Bahraich district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Janki Nagar depends on MAHASI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump.
