Janhera is a small village of 123.7 hectares in Khair Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Janhera depends on Khair (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Janhera's pin code is 202140[4], and village code is 01300800. The area of Janhera is segregated as 111.73 hectares irrigated area, 0.46 hectares unirrigated area. remaining 9 hectare area not available for cultivation.
