Jana Gee is a British-Czech fitness expert, Godan black belt in Shotokan Karate [1] and current head of JSKA UK. Gee has garnered many accolades in Shotokan Karate, including a World Championship title [2]. Gee is the founder and chief instructor of Tokon Shotokan Karate Academy [3], and has seen ten of her students achieve World or European titles, including both of her daughters.
