James Kempston is a Canadian businessperson who is the current Chief Executive Officer and 100% shareholder of NP Aerospace.[1], a British-Canadian armour manufacturing company located in the Coventry UK and London Canada[2] . He graduated from Western University in London Canada in 2007 with a BESc in Engineering[2]. On 14th of November 2022 he was listed as number 24 of the 100 Canadian individuals who were sanctioned by Russia in response to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's sanctions on Russians[3].
