Jamba is a small village of 3292 hectares in Phalodi Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jamba depends on Phalodi, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Jamba is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Jamba's pin code is 342301[4], and village code is 01915900. The area of Jamba is segregated as 42.03 hectares irrigated area, 769.32 hectares unirrigated, the 1838.71 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 642.05 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Jamba is a census village in the district of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1778 and has total administration over 295 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Phalodi and Jodhpur to sell shoes and make their living.
