Early life and education
Thompson was born on November 9, 1981 to Paul Thompson and Cathy Thompson in Washington, DC. He grew up in New Bern, North Carolina. From a very young age, Thompson was inclined towards mentoring and coaching, as throughout his life he followed a similar path for himself while battling with life crisis and eventually yearned to help others with his mantra - ‘Why.’ Gradually, he also began his journey in other sectors like modeling, acting, fashion styling, and entrepreneurship.
Thompson owns a bachelor’s of arts degree in Psychology and a bachelor’s of Science degree in Information Technology from Bowie State University. Later, Thompson also became a Certified Professional Life Coach at the Life Coach Institute of Orange County.
Career
Thompson, throughout his career, assumed several leadership roles, including consultant, advisor, counselor, coach, professional speaker, and others.[7]
He founded Thompson J Enterprises, LLC in 2012 with the aim to transform lives by offering personalized and expert advice on brand building, consulting, and counseling in the professional domain. The company offers a vast range of services, like speaking, executive coaching, leadership development, diagnostic and assessment instrumentation frameworks, presentations, and workshops, industrial and organizational psychology, along with self-help and business success publishing.[8]
Since the inception of this firm, Thompson has helped multiple minimum wages earning people to earn 6 Figures in 90 Days and took upon $25,000-$100,000 Client Challenges. Thompson, as of 2021, has had over 10,000 personalized client Interactions revolving around multiple concerning topics such as finance, relationship, career, personal development, environment, health, creativity, transformation, goals, action plan, freedom, and fun. Personal life
Thompson is the father of Jayden Thompson, Jamier Thompson, Jakari Thompson, and Layla Thompson. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
