Jalberi is a small village of 1036 hectares in Sanchore Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jalberi depends on SANCHORE, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jalberi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Jalberi's pin code is 343041[4], and village code is 02313500. The area of Jalberi is segregated as 154 hectares irrigated area, 844 hectares unirrigated, the 24 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 14 hectare area not available for cultivation.
