Jajanwas is a small village of 1314 hectares in Jaitaran Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jajanwas depends on Jaitaran, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 467.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jajanwas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Jajanwas's pin code is 306302[4], and village code is 02393300. The area of Jajanwas is segregated as 655 hectares irrigated area, 233 hectares unirrigated, the 207 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 219 hectare area not available for cultivation.
