Jagdari is a small village of 863 hectares in Keshoraipatan Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jagdari depends on KAPRAIN, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Jagdari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Jagdari's pin code is 323301[3], and village code is 02754600. The area of Jagdari is segregated as 47.98 hectares irrigated area, 77.32 hectares unirrigated, the 155.46 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 144.59 hectare area not available for cultivation.
