Jacob Philipp Caspers (December 18, 1812 in Koblenz; † June 4, 1883 Koblenz) was a German Merchant and Politician.
Caspers retired in 1857, working as a merchant beforehand.[1]
He sat in the Vorparlament and from October 23, 1848 to May 30, 1849 in the Frankfurt Parliament for the province of Rhineland (Koblenz) as a member of the Westendhall faction. In 1847 he was a member of the Rhenish Provincial Parliament and the First United State Parliament, from 1847 to 1871 a member of the Koblenz City Council, from 1862 to 1867 a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the German Progressive Party. From 1875 he was a deputy in Koblenz.[2][3]
