Jacob Novak (born November 7, 1984) is a retired Polish-American professional wrestler, best known for his time with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). He appeared in WWE's developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), and participated in the fourth and fifth seasons of WWE NXT.

Biography

Novak was born Andrew James Molzhon on November 7, 1984. He pursued a career in professional wrestling and eventually signed with WWE in 2010.

WWE Developmental and Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW)

In 2010, Novak was signed by WWE and assigned to their developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW). During his time in FCW, Novak formed a tag team with Jinder Mahal, but the duo was defeated by Seth Rollins and Richie Steamboat at a taping on December 4, 2010.

WWE NXT

Novak first gained exposure on WWE's NXT, appearing as a rookie in season 4, which began in late 2010. His WWE Pro was Dolph Ziggler. Novak debuted on the December 7, 2010 episode of NXT, where he lost to Johnny Curtis. He then won a rematch against Curtis on December 21, 2010. After Ziggler won a WWE Pro Over-the-Top-Rope Challenge on January 4, 2011, he chose to trade Novak for Byron Saxton, making Chris Masters Novak's new pro. Novak was eliminated from NXT on January 4, 2011, and returned for the season finale on March 1, 2011, where he teamed with Byron Saxton.

NXT Redemption

Novak returned for the fifth season of WWE NXT, also known as NXT Redemption. His WWE Pro in this season was JTG. Novak debuted on the first episode of NXT Redemption, losing to Darren Young. Throughout the season, Novak and JTG feuded with William Regal, and Novak faced Regal on the May 10, 2011 episode of NXT Redemption, where Regal won by submission. Novak was eliminated on the May 17, 2011 episode and was released from WWE on June 13, 2011, along with several other wrestlers.

Retirement

Following his release from WWE in 2011, Novak retired from professional wrestling.
