Jacky Liew is known as Shi Gongzi or Mr.Food, his Chinese name is Liao Cheng-Lan. He is the Chinese food columnist, food critic[1] and writer in Malaysia [2] [3].

Life

Jacky was born in Malaysia, in 1965. Since 1997, he has began to write the columns in various Chinese magazines such as Apple (Chinese: 苹果 Pinguo), Food World (Chinese: 风味 Fengwei), Traveller's Digest of Malaysia (Chinese: 旅行家 Lvxing Jia), Sin Chew Daily (Chinese: 星洲日报 Xingzhou Ribao), Rod and Line (Chinese: 钓鱼月刊 Diaoyu Yuekan), Feminine (Chinese: 风采), Oriental Feminine (Chinese: 美味风采), and English magazine such as Food Digest and so on [4][2].
