Jacinta is a New Zealand cricketer[1] [2]who first debuted for the Canterbury Magicians in the 2011/12 season. Since then, she has gone on to play for the Magicians over 100 times[3], becoming a mainstay in the team. [4] [5]
Jacinta earned a career best bowling figure of 6/18 in the List A HallyBurton Johnstone shield tournament in December 2020[6], becoming the second best bowling figure for Canterbury ever, behind Rebecca Steele's 6/8 in 2006.
In the 2020/2021 Season, Jacinta Savage was one of eight New Zealand Domestic players to be rewarded for a stand out season with a White Ferns Development Contract.[7]
