History
JLUXLABEL was founded in 2006 by sisters Christina and Teresa Jaide with the goal of providing affordable and glamorous fashion for elegant and determined women for special occasions.[5] With their mother's expertise in garment construction and their father's business acumen, they launched the company with just three sewing machines. Starting in their parents' basement, JLUXLABEL quickly gained recognition for its fashion-forward and empowering designs.[6]
Originally known as Jaide Clothing and based in Surrey, B.C., Canada, the brand later relocated to Los Angeles, California. In 2013, it was rebranded as JLUXLABEL to reflect its belief that fashion is more than just a label—it is a lifestyle. JLUXLABEL's fashion offerings are available worldwide through various distribution channels. In addition to online sales, the brand has expanded its presence by partnering with select Nordstrom stores.[7]
