Izhar Bobby (Born 1957) is a Pakistani TV drama writer, actor, producer and director. He was born in Attock, Pakistan and grew up there, attending government High School Shadikhan and Jamia Millia College in Karachi and later graduating from University of the Punjab.

Bobby started his showbiz career as a stage actor and writer in 1986 at Alhamra Arts Council Lahore, Pakistan. The same year he was introduced to PTV by Mr. Farhatullah Qureshi. He entered the world of serious acting by accepting a comedy role in drama series "Chatkhary". Since then, his career took a start. He entertained the viewers through more than 50 serials and drama series in Urdu, Pashto and Hindko [1]languages.

From the start, Bobby picked up the habit of working hard. Bobby served in the Merchant marines for over seven years, absorbing different cultures as it can be seen in his writing and mastered nine different international languages. This is one of his most unique strength that gives him an edge over many other Writers/ Directors. His knowledge, ability to observe, understanding, and adventurous life are few of the many talents that puts him on the peak when it comes to productive and creative writing and producing. [2]

Bobby produced many Urdu dramas such as "Bharam" where he worked with Yasir Nawaz, Nadia Khan, Najeebullah Anjum and Farid Nawaz Baloch. "Chahat ka safar" with Atiqa Odho. "Apni Gali" with Qavi Khan, Nisar Qadri and Sonu Ali. "Papi Pait" with Azra Aftab, Rubina Afzal and Najeebullah Anjum. "zeher" with Saleem Sheikh, Batin Farooqi and Musarrat Malik. "Maati ka putla" with Maria Wasti, Syed Nabeel and Sultan Hussain. "Khahishein sarab hain" with Farah Hussain, Iqbal Hussain and Kiran Ayub Tanoli. "Andher Nagri" with Masood Khawaja, Saeed Anwar, Laila Zuberi, Iftikhar Qaisar (actor), Shehzad Raza, Liaquat Soldier and Irfan Hashmi.

Upcoming project a drama serial (Incomplete soul) based on a true story of a transgender. He's born into a family 0f four sisters and a cruel father. When he becomes a teen, he starts to realize that his father punished his mother by giving birth to each of his sisters. while he demanded a son. He even threatened to kill his own new-born daughters. Before his birth, while his mother was pregnant, she was threatened by his father to be forcefully divorced if she didn't give birth to a baby boy. In a Pakistani Pashtun community, a divorce is a shameful act for a woman. Luckily for her fifth child she gave birth to be a baby boy. Who turns out to be a transgender later on. This becomes a big problem for him because the (LGBTQ) Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgenders and Queer peoples in Pakistan do not have equal rights and face social difficulties compare to non-LGBTQ persons. He decided to stand up for his own community in Pakistan while he was struggling with his whole family. His father stood against him while using his political powers. All of a sudden, the story takes a turn when the transgender decides to step into "Sufism" and becomes a Dervesh and decides to guide the transgender community in Pakistan with his revolutionary thoughts.
