Israr Ahmed was born on 13 December 1998 into a Kashmiri Muslim family. He was born in the Village Bugna and recalls the memories of living there as something he would love to do again. Due to lack of representation of his family in field of Information Technology, He was inspired to take up a new challenge and obtained his higher-education degree in Computer science from National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Pakistan.
