Isepur is a small village of 1.83 hectares in Fatehpur Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Isepur depends on Fatehpur (NP) , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Isepur's pin code is 225305[4], and village code is 05704300. The area of Isepur is segregated as 251.443 hectares irrigated area. the 1.343 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 120.723 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Isepur has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Fatehpur (NP) and Barabanki to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
