Isa Abass Usman(born 8th of April) is a Nigerian real estate investor,[1] and co-founder of Besitz Group Limited,[2][3][4] a real estate development and construction firm based in Abuja.[5][6]

Biography

Abass is one of the co founders of Besitz Group Limited, a real estate investment and construction frim based in Abuja, Nigeria. He is a digital marketing expert and also serves as Besitz Group's head of administration and operation. During his undergraduate degree in Political science at the University of Ilorin he served as the Public relations officer[7][8] for the 2018/2019 academic year. Abass is known for his fast rising strides in the real estate sector. He advocates the use of real estate as a means to tackle housing deficit in Nigeria[6]. Abass has been rewarded by several organizations for his tenacity and insight in the real estate space.[9]

Education

Abass is an alumnus of the University of Ilorin, where he pursued his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.Additionally, he studied at the School of Estate and Business, Lagos, Nigeria,
