Irving Ventura (full name Irving Ventura-Rafaela) is an American footballer who plays as a defender. He is currently without a club.

Ventura played for the San Jose Earthquakes Academy (SJE Academy) before joining the UC Irvine Anteaters in 2011.

In 2013, Ventura joined the SF Dons, where he played until 2016. He later signed with FC Arizona in 2019. Ventura also played for the Quakes Reserves, making one appearance in the MLS Reserve League.

Ventura holds United States citizenship and is of Hispanic descent.
Coaching and Community Involvement
In 2023, Ventura-Rafaela was appointed as the head coach of both the men's and women's soccer programs at the College of Marin in Kentfield, California.[2]
In 2024, Ventura-Rafaela was featured in La Prensa Sonoma, the Spanish-language edition of The Press Democrat, where he discussed his role developing players at Sonoma Valley United FC. The article highlighted his leadership in bringing the club into top-tier youth competitions in Northern California.
