Irakli Murjikeli (Born 3 August 1983) is a Georgian Tenor Opera singer. Soloist at Georgian National Opera Theater.
Early life and education
Murjikneli was study Music from his 5, he was takin piano lessons in Tbilisi State Conservatoire experimental music school. At the age of 8 he started to lern opera singing in the same school with Prof. Tamar Sarvazishvili, and after with Prof. Nodar Andguladze. from 2000 year Irakli is studyng in Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film University on Drama faculty. From 2005 he is study in Tbilisi State Conservatoire.
Career
He began his professional career at the Georgian National Opera Theater in 2012. At the same year he was invited to make his hause debut in Latvian National Opera. In 2013 He won several prizes in International Tenor competition Turnej Tenorow in Szczecin Poland. In 2014 He was participating in Al Bustan Festival where he sing Ludwig van Beethovens Symphony No. 9 conducted by Gianluca Marciano. At same year He made his Polish debuit in Opera na Zamku Szczecin in Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovskys Opera Eugene Onegin (Lensky). In 2018 Irakli made his Switzerland debuit in Theater Orchester Biel Solothurn in Tachaikovskys opera Iolanta (Count Vaudemont). Next year he made his France debuit again in Tchaikovskys Iolanta in Tours Opera. On 2021 he made House debuit in Ljubljana Slovene National Theatre Opera and Ballet as Mario Cavaradossi in Giacomo Puccini Tosca. At same year he made his Serbia debuit in Giuseppe Verdis Requiem in Novi Sad. On 2023 Irakli made his house debuit in Grand Theatre, Łódź as Faust in Charles Gounod opera.
